As Principle in Charge and CEO, Martin is responsible for overall firm direction. Martin provides leadership to senior management and direct contact for Clients on as needed basis to insure project success.
Kimberly D. Sanchez, P.E.
Chief Financial Officer
As QA/QC Director, Kim’s role is to insure all aspects of the engineering process go through a quality assurance review. This includes manpower estimates, workflow, budgets, technical review, construction methods and client communication.
As the Executive Assistant to Martin Sanchez, Monique’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support and office coordination to the organization, ensuring the installation of appropriate systems and tools for the team’s success. Specifically, as the Executive Assistant Monique is responsible for providing assistance to the CEO/President, providing general office management, and meeting and event coordination
As Accounting Assistant to Kim Sanchez, Dominique’s responsible to provide administrative support in undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
As a senior designer for Sanchez and Associates, LLC Casey is responsible for taking a project from concept to a developed site. Though this process he designs and prepares construction documents for paving, grading, erosion control, storm sewer systems, water and sanitary sewer systems for single family, multi-family, commercial and retail sites.
Casey has a diverse background that spans drafting and designing for defense, architectural, structural, and aviation companies throughout Texas. Casey is also the owner of several businesses relating to real estate as well as zoning coordination in Collin and Grayson County.
Director of Municipal Services
Rick is an executive-level leader who is caring, creative, professional and results-oriented. He has served as a city manager and deputy city manager in small towns to larger suburban cities that spans a 25 year career. He has managed all facets of city government. His areas of expertise are organizational development, operations management, capital improvement projects, financial management, strategic planning, leadership and community relations.
Rick has a Master of Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas/Tyler. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Institute (University of Virginia) and The Economic Development Institute (University of Oklahoma).
Casey Gregory, P.E.
Director of Engineering
Casey is an experienced engineer and team leader with extensive experience in the fields of land development and transportation, having successfully led and completed projects all over the State of Texas.
Casey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in December 2006 and is currently working on Masters of Business Administration degree at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs with an emphases in Project Management and Innovation Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Executive Director of Real Estate Investments & Capital Markets
As a Senior Banking & Real Estate Executive, Rosie brings over 30 years of experience in large financial service companies driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and improving customer and employee experiences. Her work is guided by a strategic vision and precise execution.
As the Executive Director of The Sanchez Real Estate Brokerage Services & Capital Markets, Rosie manages all real estate activities within The Sanchez Group and ZOEM Real Estate Investments, LLC., while working to build a new residential real estate group within our portfolio. Rosie focuses on major transformations, capitalizes on innovative technology and works to streamline operations that drive business efficiencies.
As a senior designer for Sanchez and Associates, LLC, Richard is responsible for all phases of the projects from conceptual planning to development. During the development phase he is responsible for designing paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water distribution and any documentation requirements to satisfy city standards. Richard is also responsible for due diligence on the feasibility of site developments. He has a diverse background in different disciplines as a Civil 3D mechanical automation designer, electrical designer and is currently a civil designer for single family, multi-family, and commercial developments (retail, hotels, medical offices, and daycares).
