As QA/QC Director, Kim’s role is to insure all aspects of the engineering process go through a quality assurance review. This includes manpower estimates, workflow, budgets, technical review, construction methods and client communication.

As the Executive Assistant to Martin Sanchez, Monique’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support and office coordination to the organization, ensuring the installation of appropriate systems and tools for the team’s success. Specifically, as the Executive Assistant Monique is responsible for providing assistance to the CEO/President, providing general office management, and meeting and event coordination.

As a Senior Banking & Real Estate Executive, Rosie brings over 30 years of experience in large financial service companies driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and improving customer and employee experiences.  Her work is guided by a strategic vision and precise execution. 

 

As the Executive Director of The Sanchez Real Estate Brokerage Services & Capital Markets, Rosie manages all real estate activities within The Sanchez Group and ZOEM Real Estate Investments, LLC., while working to build a new residential real estate group within our portfolio.  Rosie focuses on major transformations, capitalizes on innovative technology and works to streamline operations that drive business efficiencies.

Casey Gregory

Casey is an experienced engineer and team leader with extensive experience in the fields of land development and transportation, having successfully led and completed projects all over the State of Texas. Casey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in December 2006 and a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs with an emphasis in Project Management and Innovation Management.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Senior Designer, Sanchez & Associates, LLC

As a senior designer for Sanchez and Associates, LLC Casey is responsible for taking a project from concept to a developed site. Though this process he designs and prepares construction documents for paving, grading, erosion control, storm sewer systems, water and sanitary sewer systems for single family, multi-family, commercial and retail sites.

 

Casey has a diverse background that spans drafting and designing for defense, architectural, structural, and aviation companies throughout Texas. Casey is also the owner of several businesses relating to real estate as well as zoning coordination in Collin and Grayson County.

As the Program Director for Sanchez Charities, Maria plays a strategic role in overseeing multiple programs and contributing to the organization’s long-term objectives. Her responsibilities include high-level decision-making, organizational leadership, and the development of new initiatives that align with the charity's mission.

 

After relocating to Texas, Maria dedicated 8.5 years to her passion for supporting the special needs community. Her commitment and experience in this area led to her being approached by Kim Sanchez to take on the role of Program Director. In this capacity, Maria focuses on addressing critical issues such as food insecurity, homelessness, affordable housing, special populations, educational programs, public art, preservation of cultural celebration, and other community challenges. This role has not only allowed her to continue her advocacy work but has also helped her discover a second passion for broader community service and support.

Her role involves conducting market research and preparing detailed investor reports, which are essential for informed decision-making in real estate transactions.

 

Jenney brings a diverse professional background to her position, having experience in the credit bureau, financial industry, and telecommunications sectors before transitioning into real estate. This varied expertise enhances her ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate market and provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
 

Sintareus Buentello

Graduate Engineer, Sanchez & Associates, LLC

Sintareus serves as a Graduate Engineer at Sanchez and Associates, LLC, where he plays a vital role in the review of civil engineering plans, site plans, and plats for various land development projects. His responsibilities span residential, commercial, and public projects, focusing on critical aspects such as grading, drainage, paving, and utility systems, including water and sewer. Sintareus's contributions are essential in ensuring that all engineering plans comply with regulatory standards, thereby promoting safe and effective land development.

Sintareus holds a degree from Tarleton State University and has accumulated valuable experience in land development and construction through his work with several small firms. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sintareus enjoys playing bass guitar, attending concerts, and exploring the vibrant downtown areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.
