Sanchez and Associates, LLC has been in business since 2005 and our staff has worked in both the public and private sectors. We have planned, designed and built hundreds of projects for the private sector throughout the country. We have worked as community development planners and city managers in local governments. The projects we have worked on and the cities we have worked in are some of the most innovative and progressive in the country. We have more than 100 years of combined experience among the three core team members.

Martin has worked with numerous cities and agencies around the state including: Plano, McKinney, Weston, Frisco, Mesquite, McLendon Chisholm, El Paso, Lancaster, Brownsville and Carrollton to list a few. His experience is wide and diverse with a focus on municipal planning and community development.
He has been recognized as a leader in planning and land development by receiving a number of awards and recognitions. Some of the awards include: Outstanding Project of the Year, Development Project of the Year - Craig Ranch, Texas Community of the Year and Planning Excellence Recognitions just to name a few.
Martin is a strong believer in supporting his community and has served by volunteering on a number of community boards and committees. Some include North Collin County Habitat for Humanity, Board Member for Richardson Child Development Center, Tree Preservation and Transportation Committee in McKinney and Board Advisory for Project Utility in Bryan.
He has authored numerous studies and reports such as comprehensive plans, tree preservation ordinances, over- lay districts, traffic management plans, zoning and sign ordinances just to list a few. He has written several articles on planning and land development and has been a keynote speaker at local, state and national conferences on a variety of topics. He has significant experience in working with elected officials in developing various plans along with an execution strategy and implementation plan.
Martin is married to Kim, Chief Operating Officer of Sanchez & Associates, LLC, and has two beautiful daughters, Zoie and Eva. In his spare time, Martin enjoys quiet evenings at Lake Cypress Springs where he boats, fishes and enjoy water sports with his family.

Rick has served as a city manager and deputy city manager in small towns to larger suburban cities. Some of these cities include McKinney, Corinth, and Celina, Texas and Roswell, Georgia. He has managed all facets of city government. His focus areas are organizational development - building organizations to meet current and future needs, particularly high growth cities - capital improvement projects, financial management, strategic planning, leadership and community relations.
Rick is a member of the ICMA (International City/County Member’s Association) and the TCMA (Texas City Manager’s Association) and past President of TCMA Region 5. He has served as chair and member of several professional organizations such as Chair of Leadership Mount Pleasant, Chair of the Business Development Committee of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and Chair of an Economic Development Study Committee which included MISD, Collin County, Collin College, Chamber of Commerce, MEDC, MCDC and local businesses.
Rick is engaged to be married to Melissa and he has two daughters; Taylor and Lauren. Taylor is a 2017 graduate of The University of Arkansas and Lauren is currently a sophomore at Texas State University. He enjoys exercising, traveling, golfing, live music events and watching college and pro football.

Casey Gregory, P.E.

Specialization in land development and transportation
Casey has served as an engineer and project manager on a wide range of projects including single family neighborhoods, multifamily projects, commercial developments, roadway construction, landfill, and utilities. In addition to design, Casey has represented clients throughout the entitlements phases of their projects including annexation, zoning, and easement acquisition.
Casey is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and has worked on projects through- out the state and in close coordination with city and county governments, the North Texas Tollway Authority, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Texas Department of Transportation among others.
Casey has been married to his wife Bobbi since 2007 and they have two sons: Ian and Oliver. They live in Princeton, Texas and Casey’s hobbies include reading, exercise, music and sports.
