Our Company
The Sanchez Advisory Group was founded in 2005 by Martin & Kim Sanchez. A strong desire and passion for creating quality communities led to the founding of The Sanchez Group. We embrace simple, yet powerful ideas and values such as creativity, being entrepreneurial, honesty, integrity, loyalty, excellence and commitment. We want to fulfill our desire to create quality communities that are both sustainable and financially successful. Creating places and spaces that developers can be proud of and where families can live, work and play and call home.
Our Founders
Martin & Kim: After years of working in community development in the public and private sectors, Martin and Kim launched The Sanchez Group. Achieving a life-work balance was their vision - having a successful business balanced with being a mom and dad to their children.
Martin is currently the CEO of the Sanchez Advisory Group but is a land planner at heart. He has an extensive background in planning & zoning, municipal services, masterplan developments and has managed thousands of acres of property throughout the country. Kim is a licensed Civil Engineer and currently the COO of the Sanchez Advisory Group. Kim’s balance of technical skills and business acumen allows their firm to flourish and together, they have successfully served hundreds of clients throughout Texas.
In their free time, Martin & Kim are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters and are very active in the McKinney community. Martin & Kim have a long history of serving the community on various non-profit boards and communities.
