Originally founded as Sanchez and Associates, LLC (2005), Urban Planning and Civil Engineering consulting firm, the company has evolved into The Sanchez Advisory Group, a full-service land development company, The urban planning and civil engineering company still exists and provides consulting services to our many domestic and international clients. The Sanchez Advisory Group has consulted, developed, managed and syndicated land development projects across the country for investors form throughout Texas, Arizona, New York, Florida, Illinois, Oklahoma domestically. Our international clients are from UAE, Canada, India, Taiwan, Spain, Belgium and Mexico. We have planned, designed and built hundreds of projects for the private sectors throughout the country.
